Clearwaters No.8 Holiday Cottage

This tastefully decorated and fully equipped 3 Bed holiday cottage is located in the new holiday development of Clearwaters on the Kinnegar Road, Rathmullan. It is ideally situated between Rathmullan House Hotel and Fort Royal Hotel and is only a 5 minute walk from shops, pubs and restaurants in the village. The cottage is only a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a large enclosed back garden - ideal for children.

Locally there is Golf , horse riding, sea angling and fishing along with miles of golden sandy beaches and wooded country roads suitable for walking. All these make this an ideal location for the perfect holiday. The area also boasts many historical and archaeological sites. The Heritage Centre in the village depicts much of the history of the area.

Clearwaters No.8 Holiday Cottage facilities include:

    1 x double ground floor ensuite + 1 x twin bed (upstairs) + 1 x double + single (upstairs)
- bathrooms 1 upstairs with bath T90i shower and toilet
- conservatory style dining area with tiled floor
- living room, open fireplace and carpet and patio doors
- patio area with patio furniture and barbeque (from spring 2004)
- open fireplace in living room
- oil fired central heating throughout  
- tv, video, cd/radio music system (bring own cd's)
- satellite dish installed. Just bring your own Digi box and connect up to receive Sky.    
   Only terrestrial channels (BBC's & RTE's etc) received without the Digibox
- fully fitted kitchen

- large fridge/freezer 
- dishwasher
- washer/dryer
- iron and ironing board
- child friendly: travel cot, stairgate, highchair, enclosed rear garden

Prices are for the cottage and are fully inclusive of heating, linen and electricity.
A €100 or stg100 (non refundable) deposit payable by cheque secures your booking 
the balance being payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Damage deposit: €100 to be paid on arrival and returned at end of stay
