Craigmaddy is a large; two-storey period house, located five minutes drive South of Rathmullan on the Ramelton Rd. The house boasts lovely views over Lough Swilly to the Inishowen peninsula.
As the property is situated at the side of the road, there is no entrance to the front of the house. Access is via a gated driveway to the rear of the property, where there is ample parking space.
To the rear there is a large mature garden, comprising mainly of lawn and shrubs, bounded by forestry. There is a stony beach across the road from the house suitable for swimming
and other water activities.
This is an ideal location for touring Northwest Donegal, with golf, fishing, horse riding and sandy beaches within easy reach by car.
