What do I need to bring with me?

You need only bring towels and a mobile phone ( Maybe you want to leave this particular item behind). All bed linen, tea towels, cutlery, delft and glassware are supplied in the cottages. We can arrange travel cots and stair gates if required, free of charge.

How do I pay for my holiday?

We have tried to keep this as simple as possible. When you book your holiday week or weekend an €100 or stg100 deposit will be requested. This can be paid by cheque, electronic transfer or bankers draft. Full instructions will be given over the phone or by email. The balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Where do I pick up the keys?

You will receive instructions via email or phone on where to pick up keys. A direction map will also be supplied.

Is information provided inside the holiday home?

Each cottage has a visitors information booklet which helps with local telephone numbers and the general run of the cottage. There is also a helpline number if you require further information. (Please note: The holiday homes do not have telephones.)

I need to receive faxes and emails while on holiday.

Please give us prior notification about your requirements and we'll be happy to provide you with a fax and email service.

Can you recommend a good place to eat?

The visitors information booklet contained in each cottage gives the telephone numbers of all the local restaurants and hotels. It's a good idea to book in advance as the restaurants tend to be very busy, especially at weekends. We can email all the relevant phone numbers to you upon request.

Can you arrange a babysitter?

We can provide you with the contact details for local babysitting services. This will help you make your own arrangements. The village\'s restaurants and pubs are within 5 minute walk of cottages.

How far is it to the local shop, pub, restaurant, beach?

You'll be glad to know that each of these is only a five minute walk from your holiday cottage.
