An outstanding feature of Rathmullan House is the glowing silk Arabian tent designed dining room 
where the cooking is in Irish Country House style.

Where possible, organic fruit, vegetables and herbs are used from the walled garden. 
Locally caught fish and seafood is a speciality, as is Donegal lamb, which can be described as "pre-salé". 
A gastronomes term for the wonderful flavour the meat takes on due to the grazing enriched 
by wind-borne deposits of minerals from salty sea air.
