This spacious 4 bedroom holiday cottage is located on an elevated site 1 mile from the centre of Rathmullan village and has panoramic views over Lough Swilly to the Inishowen peninsula. The cottage is very well maintained and the 4 bedrooms means there is plenty of space for everyone.

A  5 minute drive takes you to the heart of Rathmullan village with it's pubs, shops, restaurants and wonderful 2km long sandy beach. This cottage is ideally located for touring the various attractions of the County Donegal or simply for relaxing and enjoying a quiet break away from it all.

Sam's Cottage facilities include

- 4 ground floor bedrooms to sleep 8
    3 x double bedrooms (1 ensuite) + twin bedded bedroom
- bathroom and separate toilet
- lounge with open fireplace and tv
- fully fitted kitchen
- microwave
- washing machine and tumble dryer
- cot and highchair (available on request)
- oil fired central heating
- bed linen provided free of charge
- 5 minutes by car to shops and restaurants
- pets accepted

Prices are for the cottage and are fully inclusive of heating, linen and electricity.

A €100 or stg100 (non refundable) deposit payable by cheque secures your
booking the balance being payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
