This lovely holiday home is located in the centre of Rathmullan village and is convenient to all shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach. The house has been fully modernised with careful attention to detail ensuring that it retains a lot of the charm of a local village home.
On entering the house through a red half-door you'll be pleasantly surprised at how bright and spacious it is. The kitchen/dining area occupies most of the ground floor area but there is also a lounge and separate sun room with patio doors. To the rear of the house there is a delightful patio area complete with furniture, garden lighting and gas BBQ - perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal al fresco.
Nearby local activities include horse riding, sea angling, golf and hillwalking while a 20 minute car journey takes you to Letterkenny with it's cinemas, swimming pool, theatre and shops. San Jose is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard.
