Just a short note to say thank you and compliment you on your whole enterprise, the houses in Rathmullan were fabulous, well equipped, welcoming and warm, even on what had to be the coldest weekend of the winter. The village itself is charming, the beach great and the snow that weekend an added bonus, so good time was had by all and I confidently predict a return in the near future. Brian, many thanks for the use of No1 over the weekend. We had a very relaxing break. The house was just perfect both in its setting and the interior - it had everything we could have needed. The biggest compliment is that my mother, for the first time in her life, unpacked her case as she had at last found a house that had made her feel at home. We will have no hesitation in recommending your accommodation to our friends and will certainly be booking with you when we next visit Rathmullan. If my children have their way, that will be very soon, as they made friends with the children in no.2 and enjoyed the company!

Thanks for such a great base for a great holiday. This is our 10th year holidaying in Rathmullan but our first stay here and it didn't disappoint! Weather has been kind to us on the whole and we've had some great days enjoying the sun, sea and sand both here and at the kid's favourite Ballymastocker Bay. Rathmullan and #3 are both wonderful. The internet site portrayed your lovely lodging just as it is (not often the case) and we were overjoyed. It has every amenity one needs to relax and we enjoyed them all. Thanks for giving us such a great place to stay in this picturesque area. We also recommend the drives to Inishowen's coastal area as well as to Bunglass by Teelin and out to Malin Mor. Nice walks and incredible beaches with semi-precious stones.

Rathmullan is a truly wonderful escape. The beach is close by, a short walk through the grounds of Rathmullan House and you have reached the shore. We thoroughly recommend the drive to nearby Portsalon, where your reward is an expanse of golden sands and spectacular views. Should you wish to venture further afield, Ards National Park is a unique combination of woodland walks and golden beaches – a haven for literally hundreds of sea shells- beachcomber’s paradise! Dunfanaghy should not be excluded from your itinerary – the chief local attraction, Horn Head, provides one with magnificent views across Sheephaven Bay extending as far as the Rosguill Peninsula. Outstanding!! We have had a magnificent time, in a delightful home, in wonderful surroundings. We feel very privileged to have discovered our perfect escape. Thank you for sharing the Rathmullan experience.

I would like to thank you and your brother for the good quality accommodation and service during our Christmas holiday at the Rathmullen Cottages.

The cottages were so wonderfully spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable! It was a welcome retreat after visiting some of Donegal's beautiful spots, truly a home away from home!
Thank you also for the little extras and personal attention that made such a big difference, like the ready packed fireplaces and the Christmas trees, complete with decorations and music.

We would love to return for another visit sometime and would certainly recommend the cottages to friends, in fact, we already have.

Just wanted to say thanks very much for providing us with superb accommodation for the duration of our stay in Rathmullan. We couldn't have asked for more. As you know, the weather was a bit "rough" to say the least so we spent most of our time indoors. We found the cottage to be very comfortable and absolutely every need was catered for.
