Dan Joe’s, a traditional farmhouse-style building, is located 5 km north of the seaside village of Rathmullan and is within easy driving distance of the beach and golf course at Portsalon, Fanad Lighthouse and the pubs and restaurants of Rathmullan. The property has a large lawn to the front and the rear garden and kitchen have views over Lough Swilly towards the hills of Inishowen. The main living area features a solid fuel stove and comfortable furnishings and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. A double bedroom and a toilet complete the ground floor accommodation. There are 3 ensuite bedrooms upstairs, 1 double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms.
The farm sheds to side of house are ideal for storage of bikes, kayaks, wind surfers etc
